才能深深感受到屬於他最細緻的風味

由於生長時被土壤覆蓋而保持白色，跟一般的綠蘆筍相較起來外觀更細長，嘗起來味道比較清淡，帶有淡淡的堅果香和草本的味道。
筆直白皙，纖維細嫩，可整根食用，可蒸、煮、烤。

土壌に覆われて成長するため、白色のままです。一般的な緑のアスパラガスと比較すると、外観はより細長く、
味はよりあっさりしており、微かなナッツの香りとハーブの味わいがあります。
真っ直ぐで白く、肉質は細かくて柔らかく、丸ごと食べることができます。蒸したり、煮たり、焼いたりできます。
