FoodSeason與專業Bartender攜手合作,研發並運用台灣獨有的本土食材,除了傳遞屬於臺灣的風味,讓這塊土地的特殊性被眾人知曉,也希望帶動市場趨勢,讓料理與無酒精飲品的搭配上能有更多選擇!我們以五款台灣高山茶葉為基底,加入不同台灣原生香料及食材,融入調酒專業技法,調配出五款如同礦石,閃耀著不同顏色光芒的風味調飲。
FoodSeason has teamed up with professional bartenders to develop creative drinks using Taiwan’s unique local ingredients. Beyond showcasing the island’s distinctive flavors, this collaboration aims to highlight the richness of Taiwan’s land and inspire new market trends—opening up more possibilities for pairing food with non-alcoholic beverages.
Using five of Taiwan’s high mountain tea as the base, we infused them with native spices and ingredients, blending them with professional mixology techniques to craft five drinks that shine like gemstones, each radiating its own unique hue and flavor.

顏色如同「太陽石」,被譽為驅散黑暗的旭日之石,帶來光明正面的能量,茶湯金黃透徹,如同清晨陽光透出葉脈滴下的露水,入口自然清新。
The color resembles sunstone, hailed as the “stone of the rising sun” that dispels darkness and brings bright, positive energy. The tea liquor is a clear golden hue, like morning sunlight filtering through leaves and dripping as dew, offering a naturally fresh taste with every sip.

無花果葉含有草本香氣,使用帶有鮮甜的牛番茄,及酸香的宜蘭金桔做反差搭配,能夠放大無花果葉的草本香氣,再加上綠蘆筍的甜搭配無花果葉,讓金萱茶的奶香更加圓潤。製作時有使用「澄清」技術,將牛番茄、宜蘭金桔及綠蘆筍打成汁液再進行澄清,讓風味更佳濃縮。
Fig leaves bring a delicate herbal aroma, paired with sweet beef tomatoes and tangy Yilan kumquats for contrast. Sweet green asparagus enhances the Jin Xuan tea’s creamy notes. The tomatoes, kumquats, and asparagus are juiced and clarified to concentrate their flavors.
