FoodSeason has teamed up with professional bartenders to develop creative drinks using Taiwan’s unique local ingredients. Beyond showcasing the island’s distinctive flavors, this collaboration aims to highlight the richness of Taiwan’s land and inspire new market trends—opening up more possibilities for pairing food with non-alcoholic beverages.
Using five of Taiwan’s high mountain tea as the base, we infused them with native spices and ingredients, blending them with professional mixology techniques to craft five drinks that shine like gemstones, each radiating its own unique hue and flavor.

茶湯色帶有棕色光澤如同琥珀,讓人聯想到夕陽餘暉或秋天落葉,帶有沈穩內斂的氛圍。聞是蜜香紅茶味,尾韻回甘帶有一點焦糖和太妃糖香氣。
The tea pours with an amber-brown glow, reminiscent of sunset or autumn leaves, giving a calm and mellow feel. Its aroma carries honeyed black tea notes, finishing with a sweet hint of caramel and toffee.

蜜香紅茶和月桃子風味濃郁,月桃子的荳蔻氣味和紅茶蜜香結合後,展現一縷特殊清涼的舌韻,尾調則能品出紅茶厚實成熟的回甘。為了搭配蜜香紅茶的深色調性,以味道鮮明的高粱醋加上砂糖炒製,藉由梅納反應焦糖化讓風味更提升,最後加入柳橙的酸甜作為風味平衡的橋樑。
Honey black tea and shell ginger fruit blend into a rich, refreshing flavor. The ginger’s cardamom like aroma enhances the tea’s honey notes, leaving a cool and lasting finish. To match the tea’s deep tone, Kaoliang vinegar is cooked with sugar for a caramelized taste, and a touch of orange adds sweet and tangy balance.
