FoodSeason與專業Bartender攜手合作,研發並運用台灣獨有的本土食材,除了傳遞屬於臺灣的風味,讓這塊土地的特殊性被眾人知曉,也希望帶動市場趨勢,讓料理與無酒精飲品的搭配上能有更多選擇!我們以五款台灣高山茶葉為基底,加入不同台灣原生香料及食材,融入調酒專業技法,調配出五款如同礦石,閃耀著不同顏色光芒的風味調飲。
FoodSeason has teamed up with professional bartenders to develop creative drinks using Taiwan’s unique local ingredients. Beyond showcasing the island’s distinctive flavors, this collaboration aims to highlight the richness of Taiwan’s land and inspire new market trends—opening up more possibilities for pairing food with non-alcoholic beverages.
Using five of Taiwan’s high mountain tea as the base, we infused them with native spices and ingredients, blending them with professional mixology techniques to craft five drinks that shine like gemstones, each radiating its own unique hue and flavor.

杉林溪烏龍茶 | 芭樂 | 蘋果醋 | 接骨木花
Sun-Link-Sea Oolong | Guava | Apple Vinegar | Elderflower

茶湯透出柔和的黃綠色澤,如橄欖石般晶瑩明亮。橄欖石象徵活力與和平,茶香輕盈清爽,帶來純淨而愉悅的氣息,彷彿身在自然之境。
The tea reveals a gentle yellow-green hue, shimmering like peridot. Symbolizing vitality and peace, it offers a light and refreshing aroma that evokes a sense of purity and delight, as if one were surrounded by nature itself.

杉林溪烏龍茶原始的茶湯色澤帶綠,使用同樣綠色有草本香氣的芭樂入茶。為了增添風味,先將蘋果進行「厭氧發酵」成蘋果醋,讓果酸香更加明顯,最後再加入接骨木花糖漿讓香氣提升。有果、花、草三種植物界的食材相互牽引,形成完美三角平衡且清爽的風味。
Sun-Link-Sea Oolong has a natural green hue, paired with guava for its fresh, herbal aroma. Anaerobically fermented apple vinegar adds a bright fruit acidity, while elderflower syrup enhances the fragrance. The interplay of fruit, flower, and herb ingredients forms a perfectly balanced triangle of refreshing harmony.
