FoodSeason與專業Bartender攜手合作,研發並運用台灣獨有的本土食材,除了傳遞屬於臺灣的風味,讓這塊土地的特殊性被眾人知曉,也希望帶動市場趨勢,讓料理與無酒精飲品的搭配上能有更多選擇!我們以五款台灣高山茶葉為基底,加入不同台灣原生香料及食材,融入調酒專業技法,調配出五款如同礦石,閃耀著不同顏色光芒的風味調飲。
FoodSeason has teamed up with professional bartenders to develop creative drinks using Taiwan’s unique local ingredients. Beyond showcasing the island’s distinctive flavors, this collaboration aims to highlight the richness of Taiwan’s land and inspire new market trends—opening up more possibilities for pairing food with non-alcoholic beverages.
Using five of Taiwan’s high mountain tea as the base, we infused them with native spices and ingredients, blending them with professional mixology techniques to craft five drinks that shine like gemstones, each radiating its own unique hue and flavor.

茶湯顏色帶有粉色光澤,閃爍著如玫瑰石英一樣的半透粉紅色,它也是情感治癒、甜蜜幸福的象徵,風味柔和,有豐富花果香及蜂蜜甜味。
The tea has a pinkish hue, shimmering with a semi-translucent rose quartz-like glow. Rose quartz symbolizes emotional healing and sweet happiness. The flavor is gentle, with rich floral and fruity notes complemented by a honeyed sweetness.

文山包種茶本身茶味輕盈,使用帶清香的食材做搭配。荔枝果實偏甜,但透過煙燻荔枝殼熬製糖漿,會產生煙燻香氣和荔枝淡雅香。為了提升金盞花香氣,加入鳳梨醋及澄清過的椪柑汁點綴,除了提升品飲的層次,風味也更加平衡。
Wenshan Pouchong is light and delicate, paired with subtly aromatic ingredients. The syrup made from smoked lychee shells brings a gentle smoky note alongside the lychee’s natural sweetness. Pineapple vinegar and clarified ponkan juice are added to highlight the calendula aroma, enhancing both the complexity and balance of the flavor.
