FoodSeason has teamed up with professional bartenders to develop creative drinks using Taiwan’s unique local ingredients. Beyond showcasing the island’s distinctive flavors, this collaboration aims to highlight the richness of Taiwan’s land and inspire new market trends—opening up more possibilities for pairing food with non-alcoholic beverages.
Using five of Taiwan’s high mountain tea as the base, we infused them with native spices and ingredients, blending them with professional mixology techniques to craft five drinks that shine like gemstones, each radiating its own unique hue and flavor.

Muzha Tieguanyin|Pine Needles|Salted Sakura|Yuzu Vinegar

茶湯顏色深潤,如石榴石一樣帶橘紅色光澤,石榴石可以安撫神經,將負面情緒轉為正面能量,也和這款茶相呼應,風味帶有明顯沈穩的木質香氣,尾韻帶柚香及花香,令人感到平靜。
The tea has a deep amber-red color, like the glow of garnet. Garnet is believed to calm the mind and turn negative energy into positivity. The tea’s mellow woody aroma, with hints of pomelo and floral notes, brings a gentle sense of peace.

木柵鐵觀音茶香濃郁,搭配同為木質調的松針做平衡搭配。為了讓品飲層次及香氣提升,加入宜蘭小農做的柚子醋調和。因為松針容易讓人聯想到日本神社的意象,最後點綴代表日本的「櫻花」做成鹽漬櫻花糖漿,讓品飲的氛圍感更加融合,也能提升整體香氣。
Muzha Tieguanyin has a rich, full-bodied aroma, complemented by the woody notes of pine needles for balance. Yuzu vinegar from local Yilan farmers is added to enhance both flavor and fragrance. The drink is finished with salted sakura syrup, which evokes Japanese cherry blossoms and adds a harmonious, aromatic touch.
